Louise has created Aromatherapy Oil blends to help massage, give pain relief, stimulate & increase mobility & flexibility. Through early data collected from research; it appears to help with Arthritis conditions too in areas such as knees & wrists & ankles.
Born in the UK Louise has always had a very keen interest in healing & good health, a characteristic she attributes to her Mother who was a full-time nurse. As she grew up in a large family whenever there were accidents; Louise was always No.1 helper, even though next to the youngest!
Conscientious & professionally orientated, Louise strives to focus on Continual Professional development C.P.D & keeps up to date with industry standards following a distinct 'Code of Ethics' in all her therapy work. As a member of the internationally acclaimed 'Federation of Holistic Therapists' F.H.T. Louise won 2012 Best "student case study" for treatments carried out on one of her autistic clients. December 2019 saw Louise being nominated as a finalist for "Best Complimentary Therapist of the year award" for her pioneering aromatherapy therapy treatments & case study research into developing massage for people with Arthritis & Clubfoot. The results obtained are very promising for future treatments of these conditions & associated issues such as inflexibility of joints, underdeveloped muscles, restrictive mobility etc.
Also a co-ordinator for Derbyshire Local support group for therapists for last 6-7 years & 3 years ago was approached by F.H.T. to become one of their Ambassadors presenting to colleges & medical institutions. Presented at her old college & they did a press release which you can view here:
